Happy Holidays! We’re officially done with finals and we could NOT be happier to be having a break. Well, from classes that is- with working, blogging, Christmas shopping, singing (Amelia) and sports (Kristen) our lives aren’t really on hold. Even though the holiday season is a bit of a whirl, we’re excited to bring you this year’s set of holiday shenanigans. We’ve already got some treats, decorations and drinks in the works for you all. So bring on the festive shenanigans!!!

Homemade Reindeer Cookies

The first holiday shenanigan we decided to try were these easy reindeer cookies. Their simplicity is what drew us to them- after all, finals week is really not a good time for anything but studying and sleeping (and freaking out). All you need for this shenanigan is:

  • Cookie dough
  • Chocolate covered pretzels
  • Mini M&Ms
  • Regular M&Ms

First, bake your cookie dough for the shortest time listed on the package.

As soon as the cookies are out of the oven, press the candies into the cookies as shown. Two chocolate covered pretzels are the antlers, two brown mini M&Ms are the eyes, and a red regular M&M is the nose.

Be careful not to burn your fingers! The cookies are hot!

All done! These cookies are easy, adorable, and the perfect thing to bring to any holiday party (especially if you, say… left your baking to the last minute, not that we do that…)
